When do I need a Contaminated Land Assessment?

Initially, a Phase I Desk Study will be required in order to identify any potential sources of contamination. This may need to be followed by a Phase II Site Investigation if contamination risk is identified. 

​

Harmil can also help in putting together a Remediation Strategy where unacceptable risk is found and a verification report to confirm all risks have been fully removed. When levels of contaminants are above the National guidelines, a Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) can be conducted to reduce the need for remedial strategies.
